"Only few weeks since I started Yoga under the very technically focused, sharply observant and knowledgeable Praatiek Sir. There has been an improvement in gut health, strength, flexibility, mood swings.. and I can feel the increased energy levels. He knows how to get done a very difficult asana in very simple way(s), and that’s the best thing for the learners, as he has made me able to perform Asanas at the same pace as learners for few years have been performing in my group. Thank you Sir ji for the trust and your efforts. 🙏🏻🙏🏻 The most I like about his teaching technique, is the relationship he explains between asanas and inhales and exhales and we now know they coexist. The breathwork he does in every session is amazingly relaxing as well as strengthening. He is sooo.. very hardworking and I observe this in every class, that he keeps thinking how to bring some newness to the session and Asanas so that every session is not repetitive and should be more strength giving and healing and interesting at the same time, for his disciples. "I have been practicing yoga for more than 15 years but the practice changed completely when I started my learning journey with you the practice changed completely. You taught the refinement in each pose, the understanding of how to master the asana and breathing. You are a great teacher. I don't like to do yoga with anybody else. 😃 He is the best yoga teacher I have come across.During online class also he is able to focus at each student and see what we are doing wrong and is able to teach us how to improve the pose.
